Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with. Kenny my sales associate was wery accomadating during my several trips to view vehicles, and I loved it was straight forward getting a price, and no "add on" $2000 wax jobs that many dealers are forcing on their customers these days. Highly reccommended and will be returning soon for another purchase after the good service & pricing I received on this purchase.

The staff reported that they were not familiar with the procedure for utilizing the warranty program to repair 2 problems on a vehicle I had purchased less than a month prior. After having the car towed to the dealership it took 5 days for them to begin working on the car, and a total of 7 before I got it back. I wasn't offered a loaner car until I had been without mine for 3 days. One of the issues was a broken oil cooler. When I got the car home, the car was short 2 quarts of oil that the work order had listed as being filled. I had to purchase the oil and fill the reservoir. In addition, I had been given a key fob for the car at time of purchase that was missing 1 button for the unlock mechanism, the " panic" and lock button mechanisms were cracked. Since the car was used I was told there wasn't another key fob . I purchased a new key fob online and had it programmed at a different dealership. At the time I had the vehicle towed for repairs, I included the original key fob. When I got the car back my new key fob no longer operated the vehicle.

Great service, great people. Great experience. BUT! I get tired of hearing all the excuses about noises, clicks and ticks with no specific answers or resolution. This is in no fault of your advisors. But when you pay 60K for a truck, you expect a resolution to your concerns, not "The techs says" excuses.
